My favorite androgynous character is Bentham, AKA Mr. 2 Bon Clay from One Piece. He is awesome beyond words.
My favorite cross-dresser would have to be Mizuki from Hana-Kimi! One of my favorite cross-dressing/gender-bending series, heh.
My favorite androgynous person would have to be Bill Kaulitz from the German band Tokio Hotel. I love his hair and dress style.
